Welcome to Hollan for Council

My name is Nicholas Hollan and I am running for Cincinnati City Council.

Let me begin by thanking you for taking the time to learn more about me and my stances on the local issues that directly affect our great city of Cincinnati. I have a strong passion for community activism. That passion is what drove me to seek a profession serving our area in a non-profit organization, and it is what compels me to run for public office.

My human services background has provided me the opportunity to see areas of need for our residents, and the efforts to address them. What I have observed, all too often, is that our responses are reactionary. For our city to move forward, we must together and proactively address the root causes of the pressing issues we face.

  • Let’s work closely with community councils to create a long term vision for each Cincinnati neighborhood.
  • Let’s focus on ensuring that our children are born healthy and are ready to learn and succeed.
  • Let’s elevate the quality of life in Cincinnati to encourage people to move in instead of out.

The first step in this revitalization starts with you. You must decide to challenge the status quo. You will need to connect with your neighbors to determine what the vision should be for your community. The only way to achieve real, measurable, visible results is to give our neighborhoods the tools to create them. Tell me your plan, lend me your voice and united we’ll fight to make it a reality!

This is why I am running for Cincinnati City Council and need your support on my team. Join me as we move forward to create positive transformation throughout the Queen City!
